Hey I live in a studio it’s 2500 not 1900 if you’re talking about outside Toronto say that. In downtown this is the cheapest. You don’t get shit in 1900. Studios are even there for 3000 if you want any a bigger one.

Hi just came across your videos and they are so informative. My spouse and I are in Canada with our open work permit and already have visitors visas but they are expiring soon so am applying for new TRV. However because I am doing the application it asked if I am applying got any family member which I am, but there is one question that I don't understand. It says " what does your family member wants to do in Canada"? My family member already have an open work permit but the answers they are giving does not match the answer I would like to give. It is the wild west out there. I have used Alibaba in the past, only this time I paid for a Trade Assurance with Alibaba with my credit card (they do not offer Paypal). Guess what? someone stole the card info and tried to use it fraudulently. Luckily my bank blocked it. Now I have to wait for a new card. This is not acceptable. We registered our business name in Ontario as a sole prop and have a number for that but the HST registration page doesn't seemed to accept that (basically the message says data entered does not match their records). So do we need to get another Business Number through this process?

Hey there - I’m filling out the RC1 form to voluntarily apply for gst/hst. I started my business, as a sole proprietor, middle of April this year 2024. When it asks for fiscal end date - would it be a year from when I started which would be April 2025 or December 31 2024? And also - when it asks for annual revenue from Taxable Supples in Canada and Worldwide would I just put 0.00 since I just started out even though I have to send them my invoices thus far?
